Why EMBR?
An ember is the heat still alive at the centre.
No business sets out to build a workaround economy. It settles. Every system bought and half-adopted, every process replaced but never switched off, stays where it was put. We take a sample, date every layer, measure how many hours each one costs, and build what reaches the core.
What do we believe?
Every layer was a sensible decision at the time. We date layers; we don't judge them.
The best system isn't the one people are told to use. It's the one they choose.
The workaround isn't a symptom of bad staff. It's a review of your systems, written by the people who use them.
Everyone selling AI has an incentive to find AI-shaped problems. We have that incentive too. The difference is what we do with it.
We get paid for the fix, not the technology.

How do we work?
One fixed fee, in writing, before work starts. No hourly billing. Changes are new scope, agreed and priced, never creep.
No system access. We work from read-only exports, your procedures and time with the people who do the work.
Every finding classed honestly: process fix, plain automation, or genuinely AI. When the answer is no build at all, we say so.
Nothing replaced to make room for us. We build across Sage, SAP Business One, Syspro, Xero and whatever else you already run.
Same measurement, 90 days later. Every build carries its own success numbers, agreed before work starts, and we take the sample again the same way.
