We watch the work, find the causes, and give you a short list of what's worth fixing, with a size and a build path for each.

Build

One process at a time, the smallest thing that beats the workaround.

The First Fix

One process, end to end, in two to three weeks, with thirty days of Upkeep included. Typical first fixes: orders captured from the inbox, invoices read and matched, approvals routed with a visible queue.

The Rebuild

Several systems connected into one build that does what they were bought to do, in phases of six to ten weeks, with sixty days of Upkeep on the final phase. Typical rebuilds: intake and routing across channels, a checking loop for quality or compliance, a live operations view that shows the exceptions.

What do we build with?

Most of what we ship is conventional automation between the systems you already run: Sage, SAP Business One, Syspro, Xero, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp. Some of it is AI, for the parts that can't be written as a rule: reading a document, sorting a message, drafting a first version. We tell you which is which. A person stays in the loop for the decisions that matter.

Where a system has no connection, we work from exports and email, and we confirm the route before any price is fixed. Nothing you run is replaced to make room for us.

When will we tell you to wait?

  • You have one process and fewer than thirty people. You probably need a template and an afternoon, and we'll say so.
  • The system you want to fix is being replaced next year. Fix it after.
  • Nobody owns the process. No build fixes that; a conversation might.

What does it cost?

Every fee is fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. The prices here are starting points for our standard scopes. No hourly billing.

What happens if the scope changes?

Changes are new scope, agreed and priced, never creep. Where your scope sits is set on the first call, written down, and doesn't move after you sign.

What isn't included?

Client-specific costs, such as dedicated infrastructure or your own API usage, are priced into your scope, never smuggled into ours.

Why no hourly billing?

You're buying a delivered thing: a session, a report, a working system. A fixed fee means you know the cost before we start, and so do we.
