Automation and AI, built across the systems you already run

EMBR builds automation and AI across the systems you already run, without replacing them. A First Build automates one process end to end in two to three weeks; The Forge builds across several systems in phases. Both carry a fixed fee, and 30 or 60 days of Tending after launch.

What can be automated in three weeks?

First Build takes one process and automates it end to end. It's built for a first project.

  • A half-day scoping session
  • Automation, and AI where it genuinely earns its place
  • Connection to one or two of your systems, through exports, APIs or email
  • Testing with real users on real data
  • Handover and a quick-reference guide
  • Thirty days of Tending included

Typical first builds:

  • A monthly client-reporting pack, assembled automatically
  • A quote, proposal or contract generator
  • Inbox or webform triage with drafted replies
  • Invoice and document data extraction
  • Meeting notes to actions to follow-up

Two to three weeks, one fixed fee.

What if the work crosses several systems?

The Forge connects the systems you already run into one build that does what they were bought to do. It's for operations leadership with a validated finding, usually from The Transect.

  • A design sprint
  • The build: integrations, agents, workflows and the interface people open
  • Testing with the people who'll use it
  • Deployment, with monitoring from day one
  • Documentation, onboarding and training
  • Sixty days of Tending on the final phase

Typical builds: a knowledge assistant over your SOPs and policies, intake, triage and routing across channels, a quality or compliance checking loop, document processing and verification, and an operations view that shows the exceptions. Six to ten weeks a phase, usually two to three phases, each priced before it starts.

Will it replace our ERP?

No. We work with what you already run, such as Sage, SAP Business One, Syspro or Xero. Most of these can connect through an API, though some versions need an extra licence to allow it. Where a direct connection isn't available, we work from exports and email instead. We confirm the route for your version while we scope the build, before any price is fixed.

When is it AI, and when is it plain automation?

Automation for the parts you can write down. AI for the parts you can't. If a step follows a rule you could write on a card, it's automated. If it needs judgement over documents, messages or conversations, that's where AI earns its place.

What does a first build look like?

Illustrative

Picture a distributor with 120 staff, where someone spends four hours a day retyping emailed orders into Sage. After a three-week build, the orders arrive in Sage already captured, and that person checks forty orders an hour instead of typing ten.

What happens after launch?

Tending keeps the build in use. A monthly fee scaled to the build. Cancel any month, no lock-in.

Priced to the size of the build, agreed before launch.

  • Every month: monitoring and support (next business day), model and prompt updates, a usage report and an improvement backlog
  • Every quarter: an improvement sprint, refresher training, and a review of anything no longer in use

Ninety days after launch we take the same measurement as the baseline.
